Marlin Ouverson offers professional services through Pan-Pacific Web Works and its sister business, External Design. He is directly involved and responsible for each of our client projects.
In early Silicon Valley, Marlin was the editor of then-influential Dr. Dobb’s Journal, a magazine serving the new computer-developer community. Since then, he has continued to design and edit websites, books, and technical documentation from his offices in California and Hawaii.
Recently, a satcom firm contracted with Marlin to design the controls — the user interface and “user experience,” or UX — used to operate large satellite-tracking antennas. The successful project resulted in a new generation of controllers for the satcom industry and the client’s flagship product has grown into a successful line.
